Take orally ONCE a day at the same time each day (preferably in the morning).
Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. Do not break, crush or chew.
If you forget to take a dose or vomit a dose, take your normal dose the next time it is due. Do not take an extra dose.

Ribociclib is available as 200 mg tablets. It is important that you take the correct number of tablets and understand how to take them. Ask your doctor, nurse or pharmacist to complete the table below with the correct number of tablets for you:

Ribociclib is used in combination with hormonal therapy. This will either be an injection (called fulvestrant) or a tablet (called an aromatase inhibitor e.g. letrozole or anastrozole). Your doctor with discuss your treatment plan with you.
