To see all protocols that comply with the WHO Essential Medicine List 
  • Superior - L4/L5 or L5 -S1 interspace.
  • Inferior - mid-obturator foramen or to include upper half of vagina (whichever is more inferior).
  • Laterals - minimum 1-1.5cm lat to widest point of pelvic brim.
  • Anterior - anterior aspect of pubic symphysis.
  • Posterior - S2/S3 or 4cm behind the vaginal marker (whichever is more posterior).
  • Shielding placed on all 4 corners.
