The following resources have been collated to assist in providing individualised patient-centred care to transgender individuals referred to a clinical genetics service or familial cancer centre for assessment and counselling regarding a personal and/or family history of cancer. It is not intended to be a comprehensive guide and care should be tailored to the unique and often complex circumstances of the referred individual.
