The treatment of gestational trophoblastic disease is highly specialised. Clinicians are advised to consult with a medical oncologist from a tertiary treatment centre with high volume experience in gestational trophoblastic disease prior to use of this regimen.

The anticancer drug(s) in this protocol may have been included in the ADDIKD guideline. Dose recommendations in kidney dysfunction have yet to be updated to align with the ADDIKD guideline. Recommendations will be updated once the individual protocol has been evaluated by the reference committee.
