eviQ protocol data into systems

eviQ provides access to an XML format for the majority of its drug treatment protocols to facilitate upload into Oncology Management Information Systems (OMIS).

Instructions to access the eviQ protocol XML export function:

  • Access to download XML files is set up manually for each user upon request.
  • You will need to request access to the eviQ protocol XML export function by emailing feedback@eviQ.org.au
  • Those requesting access must also register on the eviQ website as it is these login credentials that will be used to grant access to the eviQ protocol XML export function.
  • We will send you an access request form which you will need to complete with your site details and email back to the eviQ team; this form outlines the terms of use.
  • On receiving a completed and signed Terms of Use document, access to the eviQ protocol XML file export function will be added to your login.
  • eviQ protocol XML file export will then be available via the export icon </> at the top of each protocol.
  • Each protocol XML file must be downloaded individually. Bulk export is not available.

Are you, or the vendor of the OMIS you use, planning to do development work to facilitate upload of eviQ protocol data into OMIS?

If the answer is yes, please contact eviQ at feedback@eviq.org.au to discuss any plans for development. We will be able to provide useful information and are keen to understand what development work is happening to facilitate upload of protocol data into systems, so that we can keep this in mind for any future development ton the eviQ website.
