There are several concepts for the design of lymphoma radiotherapy fields in the context of combined modality therapy e.g involved field radiotherapy (IFRT), involved site radiotherapy (ISRT) and involved node radiotherapy (INRT).rr By consensus of the radiation oncology reference committee, for this protocol we have adopted the ISRT concept acknowledging that this is widely accepted practice locally and internationally.r
