Grade 2: skin changes (e.g., peeling, blisters, bleeding, fissures, oedema, or hyperkeratosis) with pain; limiting instrumental activities of daily living

Grade 3: severe skin changes (e.g., peeling, blisters, bleeding, fissures, oedema, or hyperkeratosis) with pain; limiting self care activities of daily living
