Grade 1: minimal skin changes or dermatitis (e.g., erythema, oedema, or hyperkeratosis) without pain

Grade 3: severe skin changes (e.g., peeling, blisters, bleeding, fissures, oedema, or hyperkeratosis) with pain; limiting self care activities of daily living
