Take orally TWICE a day.
Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. Do not break, crush or chew.
Your doctor may suggest taking olaparib tablets with food if required to reduce nausea and vomiting.
If you forget to take a dose or vomit a dose, take your normal dose the next time it is due. Do not take an extra dose.
