Vinorelbine versus placebo
The effect of vinorelbine was compared to supportive care in the Elderly Lung Cancer Vinorelbine Italian Study Group and vinorelbine was shown to improve survival in elderly patients with advanced NSCLC and possibly improve overall QOL.
